Jenna ?s classes are supportive and uplifting – perfect for all levels! She is most passionate about creating a safe and supportive space for all emotions to exist, both on and off the mat. After losing her mom to cancer at age 15 and being diagnosed with repetitive stress syndrome while working at Facebook, she found solace in yoga. Now she?s on a mission to help people create happier and healthier lives by breathing, laughing, and flowing with them – not just during class – but as they move through life.
Jenna has been practicing yoga for over 10 years. In 2016, she completed her 200-hour yoga teacher training at School Yoga Institute in Guatemala and her Laughter Yoga training at UCSF Osher Center. In 2018, she completed a 100-hour Bhakti Flow training with Rusty Wells. She has also studied with world-renowned yoga teachers such as Janet Stone, Tias Little, and Sarah Powers.?
