I found yoga as a way to heal. Initially finding the time on my mat as a physical workout, it morphed into a practice that helped me to restore mentally and emotionally.

The profound effects yoga had on me sparked a desire to spread my passion for yoga to everyone I meet. I enrolled in yoga teacher training and obtained my RYT 200 certification with Yoga Alliance in December 2016, and continue to further my education. Most recently, I became certified under the Prison Yoga Project to provide yoga to victims of trauma. I am continually learning and refining my teaching under the guidance of my mentor Danni Pomplun.

I will be obtaining my RYT 500 certification in 2019.

My classes encourage you to feel your body, with an emphasis on using your breath to feel every inch. You will also be exposed to my (bad) humor.
