Ginger Layden is a certified Yoga instructor and triathlete who has been practicing and teaching in the Bay Area for over 6 years. She views Yoga as a metaphor for life and is passionate about what you can learn and how you can transform on the mat. She is currently getting a life coach certification and plans to work with people who struggle with body shame and food obsession. She has studied at Jivamukti in New York, as well as with Angela Farmer, Ana Forrest, Shiva Rea, Seane Corn, Rusty Wells, and Tim Miller blending Ashtanga, Vinyasa, and freestyle Power Yoga to create an organic experience tailored to one's own body. Ginger's classes are athletic, challenging, and also balanced and fun marrying activity, surrender, empowerment, and joy. She works with all levels of students and her teaching reflects her personality of energy, lightheartedness, and connection to Spirit.
