As a Body Positive teacher, she is convinced that you don’t have to be thin, strong or flexible to live and own your practice, you just have to show up and enjoy living in your own and unique body!
She completed her 200 YTT with Danni Pomplun and Yvonne Kingsley at Satori Yoga Studio in San Francisco.
She is a “Roll Model Method Practitioner” (Self-myofascial release and massage) from Tune Up Fitness, she is certified in “Yoga For All” (Yoga for larger bodies with different levels of abilities and diverse communities). She is certified by “It’s Yoga Kids” to teach Babies, Kids and Teens Yoga.
She also holds certificates in “Relax and Renew” (Restorative Yoga) with Judith Lasater, “Yin Yoga” with Christy Brown (Yoga Tree San Francisco), and “Mama Tree” (Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga) with Jane Austin.
