Practicing yoga for 10 years now and I can honestly say it has healed my life in so many ways. I took a yoga course in college and became fascinated with the practice and Buddhist teachings. With a background in fitness training and dance, I naturally gravitated to the mixture of both along with connecting the breath that a yoga practice provided. Over the years I researched, meditated and practiced yoga in so many different styles and ways and fell in love with this beautiful practice. In 2013 I became eager to strengthen my practice and attain credibility as an instructor so I completed a 200hr intensive training in Nicaragua with Radiant Life Yoga School. It was one of the best experiences of my life. There I learned my style of teaching is uplifting and encouraging students while connecting their mind body and spirits. Connecting the breath with the body and alignment are huge focal points in my classes as well as smiling and having a good time.
