Skye Wang teaches yoga because she loves sharing this rewarding practice with others. She was introduced to yoga in 2004 and quickly discovered it’s ability to reduce stress and foster both inner strength and flexibility. While working in the SF tech industry, Skye relied on yoga to keep her sane and decided that she needed help make yoga accessible to a wider audience.
Skye has been influenced by the styles of Bikram, Iyengar, and Anusara yoga. She completed her RYT 200 training at Yoga GardenSF, and is currently working toward her 500 hour certification focused in prenatal and post natal yoga under the tutelage of Marisa Torrigino and Alexandra Rossi. Her classes offer a gentle but challenging alignment based flow with a focus on connecting breath, mind, and body.
