Teresa Yung has been practicing yoga for over 10 years and is a San Francisco 200-RYT certified yoga instructor. She has taught in Bali, Washington D.C., and San Francisco. Amazed at the benefits both on and off the mat, she pursued study and practice in Hatha and Vinyasa. To Teresa, Yoga is crucial in building the relationship between the body, the breath, and the mind and how to use that relationship in both physical and mental transformation.

Her classes focus on powerful and focused movement flowing through challenging Vinyasa flow sequences for a full mind, body, and heart experience. In today’s increasingly busy and noisy environment, she shares her inner teachings and holds space for others to regain their center, strengthen their spirit and connect back through yoga.
