Happy New Year! We’re opening our doors tomorrow morning after a little holiday break, and hope that you too had the chance to take a little time off too.
I am personally so thrilled to announce that we’re starting NEW guided 30 minute meditation classes at lunchtime on Mondays, Wednesdays + Fridays in partnership with Within Meditation. You can be a newbie or a seasoned practitioner, and sessions will be guided. Meditation is a great way to refresh your system (and our busy minds!) — no need to even change your clothes. All details are below, and we are going to be offering two times for your convenience.
Also for all of you yogis who are relatively new to yoga Magi has an upcoming workshop series that will give you the foundations and a good jumpstart to your practice.
